  Purchased a car from Moorpark Prestige Ltd and found that the car had numerous faults, many of which should have been picked up by the MOT which had been done on the day of purchase. After trying to contact them, I received rude comments and now are refusing to speak. Very bad customer service and unprofessional

  All the staff at Prestige 4 x 4 were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the Discovery I purchased developed a small unforeseen fault shortly after delivery, which happens when you buy a used vehicle, but they rectified it for me at no cost and in a speedy manor. I would strongly recommend them.
